Where Connection Creates Change
IWCA Convention
This three-day event brings together producers, exporters, importers, roasters, buyers, business owners, educators, advocates, and industry partners to share knowledge, examine current challenges, and build practical connections that support a more resilient coffee sector.
The convention is open to the public. You do not need to be an IWCA chapter member to attend. Women and men from across the coffee value chain are welcome.
Why It Matters
For over 20 years, IWCA has worked to expand women’s access to leadership, income, and opportunity within the coffee sector. This convention continues that work — uniting 36 IWCA Chapters and hundreds of allies who believe that empowering women transforms families, farms, and entire communities.
The IWCA Global Convention offers a rare opportunity to engage with diverse perspectives across the coffee value chain in one place. Attendees leave with:
-
Practical insights they can apply in their own work or businesses
-
Broader context on global coffee challenges and opportunities
-
Meaningful professional relationships that extend beyond the event
